Every item sold by CB Radio Store has a factory warranty which varies in length of time depending on the manufacturers, (please view product listing for specific warranty information). We back all our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it. 

ALL RETURNS must be returned in mint condition in original boxes / packaging and in working condition. Abused or faulty installation that causes damage to purchased products are not returnable.  All two way radios and microphones are pretested prior to shipping thus is a factory repair only item. Buyer must contact us to initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. All sales are final after 7 days of receipt.
